Overview

Silver Oak has been on the market since 2008 and it holds a Costa Rican license. Almost two decades of work certainly mean a lot. Usually, that means that you are dealing with an experienced and trustworthy institution with an outstanding reputation. Ask yourself, is there something more important in gambling than reputation? Doubt that!

Silver Oak is open for everyone, including the American players. And that’s great news, we all know there are not many casinos that comply with the US restrictions for online gambling. But there is a rub. Residents of the great states of NY and Maryland can’t register accounts at Silver Oak. Yet the rest of the country, along with Canada and the UK are free to join the fun anytime they feel like it.

If you decided to join in, you would have to register and figure out which gambling method you enjoy more: online via a browser of your choice or through a downloadable client. Both are practically the same in quality and glitch free. Registration is easy, and you will handle it in a jiffy. There is a simple form to fill out, and you are free to spin. Silver Oak takes privacy of its regulars seriously and puts a lot of effort into security. So, your data is safe here.

Games

All the games at Silver Oak are powered by RTG. And those are the cream of the cream on the market. The selection of games is rather limited, but there are our good-old favorites, so guess you won’t get bored. There are plenty of slots: any number of lines and reels, spin as much as you want. Some oldies as well as modern video slots are available to you 24/7, including the progressive jackpot ones. Also, there is a great selection of table games like poker and baccarat. In the specialties section, there are Keno, Craps and American Roulette. What else can you possibly wish for? Of course, no live casino. That is a bummer, right. But apart from this everything else looks just fine! Don’t forget, all the games at Silver Oak are available in a fun mode.

How to

If you dare to play for real money, you have to register and make the first deposit. Consider taking a promo bonus offer on the first deposit you make. We’ll go over some options a bit later. To make a deposit you may use any credit card. Just provide the credit card info over the phone or in a live chat. With a credit card, you will be limited to $50 — $5,000 per day. Also, you may deposit from $50 to $1,000 per transaction using a Visa or a MasterCard. What’s more, there is a cash transfer option. To use it, you have to contact the support team first. Here, the limits are from $50 to $1,350 per transaction.

As for withdrawals, they are limited to check or bank transfers only. As always, the casino will check your withdrawals request. It takes as long as 7 business days. After, your money will be sent to you. Theoretically you are to receive it within seven to ten business days after the approval date. The minimal withdrawal is $100, the tops depend on how much you won but should not exceed $2,500 per one transaction. All withdrawals incur processing fees of $40. Don’t forget, if you are withdrawing money for the first time, your account would have to be checked first. You will be asked to provide some additional information on yourself and on your bank account, probably upload a copy or two. It might take a couple of days though.

Perks

When it comes to bonuses, Silver Oak’s assortment is wide and limitless. All types of bonuses, of any kind, basically everything one can dream of: no-deposit, no max out, welcome offers and the list goes on. Let’s take a closer look at those.

The Welcome Bonus looks as juicy as it may be. You are promised to get as much as $10,000.00 on your first 10 deposits. How? Deposit as much as $1,000 and get a 100% matching bonus. Then, repeat it up to ten times. Sure thing, the offer is available to new gamblers only and comes with a 30x to 60x (blackjack/video poker) playthrough requirements. Meet those, and you will be free to withdraw your wins with no max cashout limit.

Another awesome offer the casino has to give its newbies is the 150% match of up to $777 on the second deposit. Your second down payment may be anywhere from $30 to $518. The rollover terms are standard.

The coolest thing about Silver Oak’s loyalty offers is the no-deposit bonus promos: those include $25, $50 or even a $100 no-deposit deals that come with standard playthrough requirements. Mind, the cash out is limited to $100 only.

If you are not into gambling on borrowed bonus money, then go for a cash back offer. Here, all you need to do is to make a deposit and choose a ‘Cashback’ offer at the cashier section of the interface. How much can you get back? If you make a down payment worth $1,001 — $5,000, you may get up to 30% Cash Back. For a $5,001 — $10,000 worth deposit, the cash back offer is 40%. If your payment exceeds $10,001, then you may receive 50% of your money back. But there is always a catch. Here, the minimal deposit is $1,000.

Cashback offer comes with 30x rollover requirements. Play any game but Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker & Sic Bo to meet them. If you play Blackjack or Video Poker remember, they count only 50% towards meeting your rollover terms, meaning each $1 wagered counts as $0.50 wagered.  If you want to claim the offer, make sure you have to have no pending withdrawals or withdrawals in the previous 7 days. Also, your balance has to be under $10.00.

One more perk worth mentioning is the $10k worth draw. Any player who has made at least three deposits per month will enter the draw automatically. At the end of the month, the winners are selected randomly, and they get the prize worth $10k in the casino chips. The rollover terms are standard, the cashout is limited to 2x.

But there is more. Daily offers! Each day you have a chance to claim your Happy Hour bonus. Deposit as much as $100, and you may claim a 150% match or even a 200% match if you make a deposit from 10 to 12 pm EST. This bonus is available daily and comes with standard playthrough requirements.

Silver Oak also offers you a weekly bonus. It’s called the Bankroll protection and it's a special ‘Thank you’ from the casino to the gamblers who had a bad week. What they do is actually return you 10% of the money you have lost in casino chips. Say, you have deposited $300 and weren’t able to turn a profit. Guess what; next week you’ll have $30 in casino chips on your account. Use them wisely and don’t forget about the playthrough.

And one more perk to mention. Silver Oak has a special treat for Blackjack fans. Those folks just love hitting 21, and so they get an extra 21% to ante their bonus. We are not used to seeing many classic games bonuses in online gambling, but Silver Oak has one that blew our head off. Well frankly, it almost blew. This offer is available to any gambler who has made at least one deposit at Silver Oak. The bonus size depends on the deposit amount. Say you deposit from $50 to $500, then you get a 100% bonus +21% = 121%. For deposits between $501 and $1,000, you will be granted a 120% bonus + 21% = 141%. Deposits over $1,001 are awarded with a 140% bonus +21% = 161%. There are some playthrough requirements for sure, but they are just the same as for any other promo at Silver Oak.

See, that bonus extravaganza looks extremely sweet, right? But there is more! Every cake needs more icing and a cherry on top. Here, the cherry is a great loyalty program for the regulars. And the coupon games and different tournaments do resemble the icing. So, join in the fan and get yourself a nice yummy bite!

Summing up

What we certainly enjoyed the most, apart from the bonus offers of course, is the customer friendly interface. All the information is clearly presented. There is a great FAQ section. Check it if you have any questions. If you failed to find what you need there, just contact the customer support via an email or a chat. The latter is faster, sure thing. But actually, the support team works extremely fast, and they are extremely friendly. Five-star service if you ask us.

Of course, we would have been over the moon if Silver Oak had some fancy dope design. The one it has now is a bit outdated, but it works fine, it’s easy to navigate and as far as we are concerned it’s perfect.

The real selling point of the Silver Oak Casino is its promos. No doubt about that. The choice is so vast it’s even hard to choose. What we didn’t particularly enjoy were long withdrawals times and high banking fees. Also, banking options are really limited. In fact, there are only three solid options you may choose from. Besides, all the games are from one-provider only and everyone knows what that means. It means little choice. But as long as it’s RTG we are perfectly fine with it. So, if you are ready for some thrilling new experience, register and make yourself a little night out at the Silver Oak Casino. Hope the odds are always in your favor.
